29 CFR 1910.265(c)(18)(i): Pulley(s), sprocket(s), sheave(s), drum(s) and block(s) of conveyor(s) were not arranged to prevent the possibility of injury due to hands or parts of clothing being caught between the belt(s) and pulley(s) or chain(s) and sprocket(s):      a) At the sawmill cant turning station, on or about July 24, 2013 and at times prior to, the cant turner was exposed to an in-running nip point at the outermost sprocket at the discharge end on the east side of the cant chain conveyor, resulting in an amputation hazard.         b) At the sawmill resaw operators station, on or about July 24, 2013 and at times prior to, the operator was exposed to an in-running nip point at the outermost sprocket at the discharge end on the west side of the cant chain conveyor, resulting in an amputation hazard.        c) Along the sawmill resaw in-feed roller conveyor, on or about July 24, 2013 and at times prior to, employees were exposed to in-running nip points at the drive chain and sprockets, which were unguarded, resulting in an amputation hazard.         d) At the sawmill trim saw operators station, on or about July 24, 2013 and at times prior to,the operator was exposed to an in-running nip point at the outermost sprocket at the discharge end of the lumber table chain conveyor, resulting in an amputation hazard.         e) At the sawmill roller conveyor at the board kicker near the resaw off-bearer station, on or about July 24, 2013 and at times prior to, employees in the aisleway were exposed to in-running nip points at the drive chain and sprockets, which were unguarded, resulting in an amputation hazard.        f) At the edger operators station, on or about July 25, 2013 and at times prior to, the edger operator was exposed to in-running nip points at the sprockets at the discharge end of the resaw return chain conveyor, resulting in an amputation hazard.         g) At the edger operators station, on or about July 25, 2013 and at times prior to, the edger operator was exposed to in-running nip points of the drive chain and sprockets located above the resaw return chain conveyor, resulting in an amputation hazard.         h) At the discharge of the head saw scrap conveyor located in the edger operators station, on or about July 25, 2013 and at times prior to, the drive belt and pulley drive was damaged, exposing employees to a section of the pulley.        i) Along the aisleway between the lumber table and the edger outfeed conveyor, employees were exposed to the ribbed end roller on or about July 25, 2013 and at times prior to, resulting in a caught-in hazard.        j) At the edger outfeed conveyor end roller, on or about July 25, 2013 and at times prior to, employees walked near the drive chain and sprocket that was unguarded, resulting in an amputation hazard.       k) At the edger operators station, on or about July 25, 2013 and at times prior to, the edger operator was exposed to in-running nip points of the drive belt and pulley located below the resaw return chain conveyor, resulting in an amputation hazard.
