29 CFR 1904.29(b)(3): The employer failed to record injuries and illnesses on the OSHA 300 Log and 301 Incident Report within seven (7) calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness had occurred.  a) Nissin Brake Ohio, Inc. located on 1901 Industrial Avenue in Findlay, OH: On or about July 16, 2013, the employer did not record a work-related injury sustained by a temporary employee working on the rear caliper line #2.  The employer supervises the means, methods, and processes by which the employee accomplishes work activities.  The employee sustained a laceration across the tip of the left index finger that required medical treatment beyond first aid.
