29 CFR 1910.212(a): One or more methods of machine guarding were not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    (a) Wire Department: Employees were using a Porter Cable Drill press serial number PCB660DP and the machine was not guarded at the point of operation to protect employees against rotating parts.   (b) Die and Tool Department: Employees were using a Powermatic Drill Press Machine serial number 615S267 and the machine was not guarded at the point of operation to prevent injury to the employees caused by rotating parts.   (c) Die and Tool Department: Employees were using an Enco Lathe Machine model number 111-3820 and a Rockwell International Vertical Sander serial number KY1542 which was not guarded against rotating parts, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
