29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) Production Area near Wire Department: On or about November 10, 2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that access to a fire extinguisher mounted on a column in close proximity to the Pacific Machine was obstructed by a trash can and a shrink wrapped pallet.
