The outer jacket was withdrawn and the internal conductors and terminals were subjected to strain. c) Plant, Garage Door Machine - On or about 07/24/13 the flexible cord for the light in the front of the machine had a loose strain relief device at the male plug. The outer jacket was withdrawn and the internal conductors and terminals were subjected to strain.
