29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: On or about August 2, 2013: Employees working in the production area on a daily basis are exposed to chemicals such as, but not limited to machine lubricants, Techno Melt Pur 4668, Techno Melt Pur 3180 Cleaner, and Adhesive 53-462 PLW. The employer did not provide hazard communication training.
