29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a). Worksite located at 3237 S. Noland Road, Independence, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working and walking on the trusses that were being installed and braced and were either not wearing any means of fall protection or were utilizing fall protection equipment that would not protect the employees.
