At Lot-11C of the Viera Development an employee while walking along the top of the block wall which measured 7 1/2 inches wide was not using fall protection exposing him to a 14-foot fall hazard as observed on or about July 26, 2013. b. At Lot-5A of the Viera Development an employee pumping concrete while standing on top of the block wall which measured 7 1/2 inches wide was not using fall protection exposing him to a 14-foot fall hazard as observed on or about August, 22, 2013.
