29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system.  a) On or about September 24, 2024, at the worksite: employees were exposed to an approximate 60 ft fall hazard, in that fall protection was not used while installing guardrails on the 6th floor of the building.
