29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:    Gettysburg Middle School -  Employees worked from a scaffold with no mid rail to install wooden blocking on the top of the parapet at the east side of the roof.  The employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 14 feet from the end of the scaffold to the ground below on or about July 25, 2013.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
