29 CFR 1926.1412(d)(1)(xiv): Prior to each shift the equipment will be used, observation for apparent deficiencies was not completed on safety devices and operational aids for proper operation:  a) Manitowoc 120 ton lattice boom crawler crane: On July 31, 2013 and at times prior thereto the anti-two block device was not operational in that it had been disconnected to facilitate other crane activities.  When those other crane activities were completed, the anti-two block device was not re-connected prior to continued use of the crane.    Note) Abatement certification IS required for this item.
