A red 120v flexible cord was used to energize a power strip in order to provide power to a refridgerator, microwave and coffee pot used by employees. 1910.305(g)(1)(iv) [A]- prohibits flexible cords to be used as substitute for fixed permanent installations [D]- prohibits flexible wiring to be attached to building surfaces
