29 CFR 1910.212(a)(5): Fan blade guard(s) were not provided where the periphery of the blades was less than seven feet from the floor or working level: a) In the Turner Department, west side, on the Dayton pedestal fan, Model # 5K280A, ¼ HP, 1725 rpm, was not fully guarded. The front side had a two inch diameter opening in the guard and the rear side had 1 ½ inch opening between the guard and the motor.
