They were within 7 feet from the floor.       b)    Sewing Department, north section, on the Convey Beam Press, the chain and sprocket drive that controls the position of the press, on both sides, was not guarded by enclosures.  They were within 7 feet from the floor.

29 CFR 1910.305(a)(1)(i): Metal raceways, cable armor, and other metal enclosures for conductors were not metallically joined together into a continuous electric conductor:     a)    Sewing Department, north section, on the Convey Beam Press, the metallic conduit was pulled away from the electrical box that supplied power to the conveyor drive, allowing strain to be placed on the 110 volt inner electrical wiring.
