29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    (a) Front side, Wade Ford Dealership located at 3860 South Cobb Drive, Smyrna, GA 30080: Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working in a Genie Z45/25 Aerial Lift basket without a fall protection system in place. Employees were working at heights of approximately 20-feet, 1-inch from the concrete surface below without a body harness with lanyard connected to the anchor point provided in the basket.      Simco Interiors, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number #314643073, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/04/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 4290 Bells Ferry Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144.
