29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.    (a) North side, new residential construction located at 1717 Whitfield Circle, Smyrna, GA 30080: An employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 19-feet, 9-inches to the ground while installing Hardie Plank Lap Siding from a pump jack scaffold platform when he failed to wear a body harness and connect to the fall protection system provided.
