29 CFR 1926.302(e)(1): Powder actuated tool(s) were operated by employee(s) who had not been trained in the operation of the particular tool(s) in use: a) Second Floor - A drywall carpenter, using a Hilti model DX-430 powder actuated tool to attach steel track to a concrete floor was not provided with training in the use of the tool prior to using it, on or about 08/06/2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
