County Rd. 32, FT Collins, CO 80523; On and before August 7, 2013, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls to the interior of a structure under construction. Employees were walking and working on wall form scaffolding without fall protection systems provided to protected from employees falling into the structure.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet as they worked off the wall form scaffolding.

Collins, CO was adequately guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement through the use of caps or other methods to provide protection.  The condition exposed employees working in the area to impalement hazards.
