Instance #2 On or about 08/01/2013, Magens Point Resort, 6200 Megans Bay Road, St. Thomas, VI electrical panel/ laundry area: Employees were using an electrical panel where unused openings were not effectively closed, therefore, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact. Electrical panel have missing breakers exposing live bus bars. Empty breaker slots were not covered, thus, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
