29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not develop a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that is referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet. On or about August 7, 2013, in the workplace: The employer did not develop a hazardous chemical list for the hazard communication program of the facility. The employer utilizes flammable chemicals such as 3M-Hi-Strength Cylinder Spray Adhesive which contains Methyl Acetate. This item was abated during the inspection. Western Idaho Cabinets, Inc. was previously cited a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313349193, citation number 2, item number 4, and was affirmed as a final order on October 13, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at 8043 Woodlark in Boise, Idaho.
