29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a- Spencer Savings Bank, Valley Boulevard Wood Ridge NJ: An employee engaged in sheathing activities was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet as a personal fall arrest harness was not present. Condition noted on or about 08/07/2013. The Manzo Organization of Wood Ridge LLC was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 906416 , Citation # 1, Item # 1, issued on 06/19/2013 with respect to a work place located at Spencer Savings Bank Valley Boulevard, Wood Ridge NJ 07075 which became a final order on 07/19/2013.
