Eye protection was not worn by one employee that applied Portland cement on a wall at eye level.  THE KL CARR ENTERPRISES WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.95(A) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 312792948, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JUNE 8, 2009, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT THE TICO RENTAL CAR OFFICE BUILDING PROJECT, GARAPAN, SAIPAN, MP 96950.
