29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided.   (a)Soto Siding @ 2269 Mansfield Street, Fort Collins, CO 80549: On and before August 2nd, 2013, the exposing employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in siding operations off of a secondary roof on a single-family home under construction. An employee was required to conduct siding operations on a secondary roof while exposed to a fall hazard of 10 feet without the use of a fall protection system. The condition exposed an employee to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.  Soto Siding was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 864983, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on April 24th, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 154 Sycamore, Johnstown, CO 80534.  Soto Siding was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 392262, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on June 16th, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 601 Stoney Brook Rd., Fort Collins, CO 80525.
