Soto Siding was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 392262, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on June 16th, 2012, with respect to a workplace located @ 601 Stoney Brook Rd., Fort Collins, CO 80525.    Soto Siding was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 864983, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on April 24th, 2013, with respect to a workplace located @ 154 Sycamore, Johnstown, CO 80534.    Soto Siding was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 929074, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 6, 2013, with respect to a workplace located @ 2269 Mansfield Street, Johnstown, CO 80549.
