29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided. (a) JC Construction @ 14082 Fillmore Drive, Thornton, CO 80602: On and before August 3rd, 2013, the exposing employer did not ensure each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system in that, an employee engaged in assembling residential concrete forms was standing and sitting on the edge of concrete forms. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of 10 feet.
