29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest system. a) 12 Ocean Drive, Rehoboth Beach, DE - Employees engaged in installing rafter and sheathing on the roof were not protected from a fall hazard of approximately 8 to 10 feet above the lower level. This violation was observed on or about August 12, 2013. Caballero Construction LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 893836, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 6, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 14 Bedford Street, Dewey Beach, DE 19971.
