29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. a) On or about August 20, 2013 and times prior, at 101 Main St, Fulton, Al: The employer failed to ensure holes in damaged concrete floors in the plant building between the plainer out feed belt and trim block belt were filled in to prevent a slip/trip/fall hazards to employees. b) On or about August 20. 2013 and times prior, at 101 Main St, Fulton, Al: The employer failed to ensure a large hole in damaged concrete floor in the saw mill building by the chipper was filled in to prevent a slip/trip/fall hazard.
