Condition noted on or about 08/14/2013 All Experienced LLC was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 395143, Citation # 1, Item # 1, issued on 05/04/2012 with respect to a work place located at 57 Winant Ave, Ridgefield Park NJ 07660 which became a final order on 05/22/2012.
