29 CFR 1910.107(b)(10): 29 CFR 1910.107(b)(10): Illumination panels did not effectively isolate the spraying area from the area in which the lighting unit is located. a) For the SPD Solutions facility at 2381 Circuit Way, Brooksville, FL 34604, fluorescent lighting in the powder coating booth was not designed/approved for class 2 environments. Fluorescent lighting had been installed on the ceiling of the booth, and was exposed such that combustible powder coating dust could contact it.
