On or about 08/20/13 at McDonough, GA: Employees were exposed to fire related hazards while performing spraying operations at the Nordson spray booth NP-SB7, located in the North Paint Area. The employer failed to properly ground the Nordson spray booth and the spray gun which was used at the booth.

A Checkmaster Machine was located within one foot of the circuit breaker box's front access door.

North Welding Area - Quality Control Office: A circuit breaker box located behind the Checkmaster machine had one unclosed opening in the panel. b. Burn Off Building: A circuit breaker box (PE 54) located along the wall of the building had one unclosed opening in the panel.
