The National Park Service was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 309096139 citation 1, item 1a, issued on September 9, 2009 with respect to a workplace at Newhalem, Washington.     The National Park Service was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 309096162 citation 2, item 3a, issued on September 9, 2009 with respect to a workplace at Marblemount, Washington.
