29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: a) Maintenance Floor, where there was an accumulation of rodent droppings on HVAC duct work located at floor level. The National Park Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1446320, citation no. 1, item no. 3, and was affirmed as a final order on February 10, 2020, with respect to a workplace at Coupeville, WA.
