29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings shall be effectively closed. On or about September 5, 2013 employees of Colorado Customs Granite and Marble were exposed to electrical hazards while working near five instances of unused openings of electrical components throughout the facility. The Colorado Customs Granite and Marble was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 721921, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on April 30, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 8602 Ash Ave. 6A, Lubbock, Texas 79423
