On or about August 29, 2013 at the above addressed jobsite, an employee using a pneumatic nail gun did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing the employee to the hazards associated with eye injuries.  Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
