29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1):The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required. 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about December 9, 2020, employees were not protected from a fall while walking/ working from the roof of a commercial building, exposing employees to a fall of 13 feet.  Aaron's Roofing, Siding And Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1436594, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on April 15, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1976 Il-24 Oswego, IL.  Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  On or about December 9, 2020, employees working at heights were not trained to recognize or minimize the hazards associated with a fall, exposing employees to a fall hazard.  Aaron's Roofing, Siding And Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1436594, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 15, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1976 Il-24 Oswego, IL.  Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
