Ramirez Contractor, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard {29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6)}, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 898454, citation number 01, item number 001a and was affirmed as a final order on 07/12/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 264 Wade Street, Bridgeport, CT 06604.
