29 CFR 1910.36(d): Each exit door was not being left unlocked: On or about September 4, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to possible emergency situations; fire, or smoke inhalation by working in a building with emergency exits locked: (a) On the Northeast section of the building, emergency exit has a metal gate that is locked, preventing evacuation in case of an emergency. (b) On the East section of the building, emergency exit has a metal gate that is locked, preventing evacuation in case of an emergency. (c) On the Northeast section of the building, emergency exit has a metal gate that is locked, preventing evacuation in case of an emergency.
