(c) On the Southeast section of the building, emergency exit has a metal gate that is locked, preventing evacuation in case of an emergency.      (d) On the East section of the building, emergency exit has a metal gate that is locked, preventing evacuation in case of an emergency.    Espino Tire & Wheel was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1910.36(d), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 938032, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 8, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 7046 San Pedro Ave, San Antonio, TX 78216.
