29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead:    a) On or about 09/04/13 - QC building, the 9" x 9" ceramic tile/grout floor of the breakroom had lead present (652.839 micrograms per square foot).    b) On or about 09/04/13 - QC building, the 9" x 9" ceramic tile/grout floor of the restroom had lead present (512.008 micrograms per square foot).    c) On or about 09/04/13- QC building, the concrete floor threshold of the fire assay room had lead present (1249.44 micrograms per square foot).    d) On or about 09/04/13 - QC building, the concrete floor of the weighing room had lead present (484.707 micrograms per square foot).    The Multimetco, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 889183, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/26/13, with respect to a workplace located at 1610 Frank Akers Road, Anniston AL 36207.
