During the inspection, some spray rigs were observed with the drums of flammable liquid sitting on plywood on the metal carts.  This prevents bonding between the drum and the cart.  The carts must also be bonded when in close proximity to other metal components such as but not limited to the frames supporting the molds during spraying.
