29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure undder another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) Worksite, Back of home - Employees removing existing shingles from approximate 4-12 pitch roof approximately 30 feet above the ground, were not protected from falling; on or about 9/4/13. Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
