Elk Creek Farm Enterprises, LLC dba Elk Creek Inn, 6886 Sterrettania Road, Fairview, PA  16415, kitchen area / outside, on or about September 5, 2013 and times prior thereto:  A flexible extension cord was running from an outlet in the kitchen behind the refrigerator to a mobile cooler unit outside.  The flexible cord was utilized in a prohibited manner in that the flexible cord was running through a closed doorway and used in lieu of the permanent wiring of the structure.  B.)  Elk Creek Farm Enterprises, LLC dba Elk Creek Inn, 6886 Sterrettania Road, Fairview, PA  16415, kitchen area, on or about September 5, 2013 and times prior thereto:  A flexible extension cord was running from an outlet above the hand washing sink to a microwave oven.
