29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: On or about September 5, 2013 at the above addressed jobsite, employees using a pneumatic nail gun were not wearing safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with eye injuries. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

On or September 5, 2013 at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations 9.4 feet above the ground were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
