29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) Denes Brothers Construction at 3420 Shoshone Street, Denver, CO 80211: On or before August 31, 2013, the employer did not ensure that employees were using fall protection when framing a new two story residence. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 18 feet. Denes Brothers Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent, 29 CFR 501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313418493, citation number 1, item 1, issued May 6, 2010 and became a final order on July 2, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 2894 Trinity Loop Drive, Broomfield, CO 80023.
