29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): (a)Denes Brothers Construction at 5411 Lulu City Drive, Timnath, CO 80547: On and before August 15th, 2015, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were using fall protection when framing and working on the exterior top plate of this two story single family home under construction. The condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet. Denes Brothers Construction was previously cited for a serious repeat violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent, 29 CFR 501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 939270, citation number 1, item 1, issued September 19, 2013 and became a final order on October 31, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 3420 Shoshone St., Denver, CO 80211.
