Bridgewater, NJ site - Above ground transfer piping:     a) The employer did not comply with RAGAGEP, such as but not limited to, API Piping Inspection Code 570 Sections 6.4 and 5.5.1 by failing to perform corrosion under insulation inspections and internal, non-destructive testing on above ground piping lines leading from the formaldehyde storage tank 15A to the indoor packaging station.    b) The employer did not comply with RAGAGEP, such as but not limited to, API Piping Inspection Code 570 Section 5.5.1 by failing to perform internal, non-destructive testing on above ground piping lines leading from the ethyl ether storage tank 13 to the indoor packaging station.     Condition(s) noted on or about 10/23/2013.
