29 CFR 1926.452(a)(9): The upper end section of a spliced support pole on a wooden pole scaffold was not squared and resting squarely on the lower section. Wood splice plates were not provided on at least two adjacent sides.    (a) 515 Morning Glory Cove in Madison, MS - On or about August 30 - September 2, 2013, employees were exposed to fall hazards because the center support pole on the wooden pole scaffold on the front of the house was spliced with an overlapping joint and not squarely joined.
