29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. At the time of the forklift striking the trailer frame on 5-10-13 the aisle #7 was not kept clear. At the time of the inspection on 7-23-13 the #7 aisle was also obstructed by a trailer frame which extended several feet over the yellow line that marked the aisle.
