The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated: a) R.C. Construction on or about September 11, 2013, at the address of 11608 Milan Rd. Milan, OH: The employer failed to ensure an employee working from an aerial lift was adequately protected from falls. The employee working from the lift was not clipped off to the basket while the platform was elevated. The employee was exposed to falls of up to 46 ft. to the ground below.
