29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) for employees at the pillow top and foam-in-case areas located at 450 Polk Street, Bartow, FL handling SABA Aquabond RSD3801 (adhesive), as observed on or about 09/12/213. As per the MSDS, the adhesive is corrosive and employees are spraying the product exposing to potential eye contact.
